The Nectar Protector will keep all those hungry ants out of your hummingbird, oriole and fruit feeders. The large concave bowl is made of durable heavy duty plastic that will hold even the largest feeders. Fill the nectar protector with water and add a few drops of vegetable oil to minimize evaporation. Ants are unable to cross the water and make it to your feeder. It is easy to see when you need to refill the nectar protector as it is clear. With the large capacity, you won't have to refill as often. It measures 3 1/2" High with a 3 3/4" Diameter. Hang the nectar protector by the loop at the top and hook the hanger from your feeder into the hole at the bottom. It comes with one S Hook to use on either the top or the bottom.
