Nicah is the most senior elder of the Gargoyle Greater Council. He has a way of looking right through you when he talks. There also seems to be a finality to anything he says, you aren't going to argue with him. His horns also work like a lie detector. When someone lies to him, his horns go straight on the ends, it is a sight that should strike terror into your heart. Nicah is made of durable dark grey poly resin measuring 5 3/4" High x 7" Wide x 5" Deep. "This Better Be Good" is his mantra and he has even had it engraved below his desk so that he doesn't have to repeat himself. If you need someone to arbitrate for you, give him a call.
