Barstow is a squirrel on alert. It is his job to listen for predators. It is amazing how many other animals love to chase squirrels. Barstow has found that if he hangs on the side of large planters, he can see further while still blending into the background. Sometimes he has to brace himself on the side of the pot by extending one leg and gripping the top edge of the pot with his tail. If people want to call him a pot hanger, then so be it. Depending on the light he can look either gray (bright light) or a brownish color (normal). Barstow is made of durable poly resin and measures 9 1/2" High x 7 1/2" Wide x 10" Deep. It can fit on a planter up to 1/2" and sometimes to 3/4" Thick but if it is much thinner, it may not hang correctly. Barstow would love to keep watch over your yard and planter.
