If you look down at this stone you will see the crystals almost reaching through the top of the stone. Every stepping stone is unique, thus there will only be one per style. The top of this Brazilian cut agate stepping stone has been polished, the bottom has not. The center of this stepping stone has a hollow spot that dips down into the stone where the crystals had not completely grown together. The hollow spot is not polished and has a very natural look. Natural colored stone has been left on the outside edge of the stepping stone, there are even a couple of spots along the top edge where small orange lines have formed. The cut of this stone has the top a little larger than the bottom. Although the top of this stepping stone has the appearance of a darker ring around the edge it may be because the crystals around the edge appear to be denser and smaller in size. This extra large agate stepping stone measures 12" H x 10" Wide x 1" Thick. It is quite durable for actual use as a stepping stone (if you can bring yourself to walk on it). It can be used in the garden or actually in a garden pond (as long as the water is clear enough to appreciate the reflective qualities of the crystals).
