Legend has it that this little gargoyle was carved by a nun named Marie Therese who disliked the evil looking gargoyles sitting on the Cathedral so close to the heavens. She secretly placed it on the highest roof of the Cathedral, where it remained unseen, until a little boy slipped on the roof and was saved when he fell into the arms of the little gargoyle. Since then he has been known as Little Dedo, the gargoyle with the crossed toes, and is part of the folklore of Paris. He is handcrafted in poly resin and sits 9" High x 7 1/2' Wide x 9" Deep with a Stone finish and will be happy to watch over your home and garden.
